The nonprofit space can be lonely; let's talk about it.
A private space for us to converse and connect
For the last fifteen months, the Pinnacle Strategies newsletter has really taken off. What I thought was just a fun little side project has turned into many new friendships and sharing great ideas about our shared worlds of nonprofit and philanthropy.
I have been using the substack platform for many reasons. It is easy to use and the good folks at substack are always finding new ways to build community. That is whyt oday I’m announcing a brand new addition to my Substack publication: the Pinnacle Strategies Subscriber Chat.
This is a conversation space in the Substack app that I set up exclusively for my subscribers — kind of like a group chat or live hangout. I’ll post short prompts, thoughts, and updates that come my way, and you can jump into the discussion.
To join our chat, you’ll need to download the Substack app, now available for both iOS and Android. Chats are sent via the app, not email, so turn on push notifications so you don’t miss conversation as it happens. I know what you are thinking…another app. Well, this one is free and takes up very little space on your device. It’s also a great way to interact with other top notch writers and thinkers in this field, like Lauren Crichton and her publication, Pass It On. You can check out Lauren's work here!
I hope you would consider being a part of this community as we create conversations that encourage us to be the best leaders we can be!
How to get started
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Substack Chat is now available on both iOS and Android.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
That’s it! Jump into my thread to say hi, and if you have any issues, check out Substack’s FAQ.
