In today’s Deeper Dive, we continue to look at the Lean Six Sigma’s DMAIC Problem Solving Process and we really drill down on another measurement tool, the Run Chart. Last week we discovered the Pareto Chart and how it can graphically show how not all problems are having the same impact on our outputs. The Run Chart, on the other hand shows how a process or variable changes over time. For a nonprofit organization, creating a run chart can help to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards achieving goals.
