Last week, I dived into talking about Lean Six Sigma. It has always been an interesting topic to me and I knew it would be helpful materials for those in the nonprofit world. I reasoned that we can use some of the concepts from the private sector to make our own sector stronger.

Little did I know, that there would be a flurry of emails and an even an offer to make a presentation at a conference on what I was laying out. There is definitely an audience for this kind of material in the nonprofit world.
