If nonprofit organizations are going to continue to serve those come to our front doors each and ever day, the leaders of these organizations must have every tool available to be efficient and effective. We are always short on time, money and people and we need to be utilizing resources wisely and optimizing our processes, no matter how simple or complex they might be.

As we continue to work through the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, we continue to look at tools that we can use to analyze problems within our organizations. In this piece, we will talk about the Flowcart, a great tool that shows how a process works.
