Watching the Action

I am one of the few people who probably actually enjoys watching business meetings. There are few things as interesting than to watch a group of people come together to create a plan of action. Individuals coming together from different perspectives, different experiences coming together to hash out decisions. I find the process absolutely fascinating for so many reasons.

Perhaps one of the reasons I have enjoyed going to these events is that I have become attuned to the spirits that can take over these meetings. After a few words have been spoken and some ideas thrown on the table, it becomes obvious that spirits begin to emerge. These are the collective thoughts and ideas that are held and believed that are trying to prevail over discussions and set a course of action.
