In the art of fundraising, there is at least one scientific principle you should know.

I often hear from my colleauges that fundraising is more art than science. There is probably a good bit of truth to that. Determining the ask of the right amount, for the right program, from the right person at the right time depends more on a gutsy intuition than over what a programmatic scientific approach could provide. Yet, even in the world of fundraising, there is a great need for the grounding of our work in solid laws that show up time and time again. One of those laws, is Price’s Law.
